Caregiver Support Program
We offer support for anyone caring for a senior, and for grandparents raising their grandchildren. In addition to the support groups that meet once a month, we also have workshops and counseling to assist people dealing with this rewarding and difficult work.
How do I know when to ask for help?
- When you are feeling overwhelmed
- If you are showing signs of depression
- If you are missing work
- When you are feeling guilt or frustration
- If you are losing your temper when the person you take care of becomes difficult (i.e. violence, arguing, lack of sleep, repeating themselves over and over)

What Happens When I Call?
You will talk to our Elder Care Advisor who will take your information and assign you to a caregiver counselor from your area. Your caregiver counselor will then call you and set up an appointment and give you information on our support groups.
